Diwali, often referred to as the Festival of Lights, is a celebration of the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil. An evening surrounded by diyas, flowers and rangolis, with an atmosphere of togetherness beautifully reflected how we celebrated the festival at the RCMB campus. The campus was beautifully lit with diyas and the high-spirited energy surrounded all of us. The evening of 20thOctober, 2025 not only celebrated fresh beginnings but also forgiveness, gratitude and Indian customs and traditions. One of the most awaited social events of the year, the students and faculty members were all dressed in traditional Indian ethnic wear. Diwali at RCMB began with a cultural program that matched the energy of the evening, starting with the lamp lighting and then advancing to graceful, captivating and elegant dance performances along with melodious, soulful and soothing singing. Let us also remember that Diwali signifies the triumph of knowledge over ignorance and receiving awards could not have found a better day. Progressing further, there was an award distribution ceremony as well. Following this, we enjoyed an amazing dinner and relished the delicious food. There was also a fireworks session, adding sparkle and joy to the celebration. The dance floor was then open to all, with a big crowd dancing to the beats of absolutely endless bangers—it was where chaos felt homely. Each and every moment captured love, laughter and fun.
The very essence of Diwali lies in creating a sense of togetherness and the college celebrations added a youthful twist to this timeless tradition. A treasure trove of memories and a home away from home, the RCMB family makes every effort to ensure that students enjoy their management journey without ever feeling homesick.
